Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of upmedico.com (the "website"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. About us

The website is operated by UpMedico Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company no. 679008) with its registered office at 60 Merrion Square South, Dublin 2, D02 HE24, Ireland. We also have an office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@upmedico.com.

2. Who the website is for

The website describes the digital marketing services we provide to private healthcare providers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It is intended for business users, such as clinic owners, directors and practice managers.

3. No medical, legal or financial advice

Our articles, guides, reports and benchmarks give general information about healthcare marketing. They are not medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice. Each clinic remains responsible for complying with the rules that apply to its advertising and services, such as the ASA CAP Code, the requirements of the CQC and of professional regulators in the UK, and the HPRA and Medical Council rules in Ireland. Please take professional advice before acting on any content.

4. Figures, case studies and results

We take care to keep our content accurate, but it may become out of date. Figures and benchmarks reflect the data and methodology stated at the time of publication. Case studies describe the results of specific clients: outcomes depend on budget, location, competition, services offered and each clinic's capacity to handle enquiries. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of leads, bookings or return on investment.

5. Consultations, audits and services

Free consultations, Results Calls and audits offered on the website carry no obligation. Booking one does not create a contract for our services. We provide services only under a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms if the two conflict.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, reports, graphics, videos, page design and logos, is owned by or licensed to UpMedico Limited. "UpMedico" and "Call-to-Booking Framework™" are names and marks used by us.

You may view the website, and download or print pages for your own internal business use. You may quote short extracts from our articles and reports, provided you clearly credit UpMedico and link to the original page. Search engines and AI assistants may index our pages and cite them with a link to the source.

Without our written permission, you may not republish or sell substantial parts of our content, remove copyright or attribution notices, use our logos or names in a way that suggests we endorse you, or systematically extract our content to build a competing product or database.

7. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload the website;
  • submit false information or personal data of other people without their permission;
  • send patient health information through our forms;
  • use our forms or email addresses to send spam.

8. Information you send us

Please make sure that the information you send us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links and tools

The website contains links to other sites and embedded tools run by third parties, such as Calendly, Clutch, YouTube and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Reviews shown through Clutch are collected independently by Clutch.

10. Availability of the website

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will be always available or free from errors.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to this, the website is provided free of charge and "as is". We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our liability for services we provide to clients is governed by the relevant service agreement.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data and cookies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Please check this page whenever you use the website.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections granted by the law of the country where you live.
